AIssistants Dashboard

Dashboard is the main view with the summary of your AIssistants' stats. This page describes and visualizes all processed data for the AIssistant you select by clicking its name on the left hand side.

Total working time saved

Displays the AIssistant contribution to saving your time on issue processing.

What I did

Provides detailed information about the selected AIssistant to help you manage it.

Shows the AIssistant progress for different periods of time.

AIssistant profile

Displays detailed information about the selected AIssistant, including its status and the last action performed.

Number of processed tickets

Helps you track the changes made when processing issues, including the ones the AIssistant has successfully updated, skipped and failed to update.

Training accuracy

Displays the AIssistant training accuracy over time.

Note. If you retrain an AIssistant, the old training accuracy is discarded and not reflected on the chart.

Tickets trained on

Displays the number of issues the AIssistant has been trained on to demonstrate the current progress. Every single training action is performed taking old training operations into account.

Displays a journal of all actions for the selected AIssistant.

This statistics helps you track the AIssistant progress over time, such as the training set size and prediction accuracy as well as the number of processed tickets and fields.
