Performance Analysis

The Performance Analysis page presents detailed training statistics of your AIssistants. On the right hand side, you can choose between two main views:

• Training Performance By Field
• Training Performance Summary

Training Performance By Field

Displays AIssistants' training accuracy per field and allows you to compare their performance side by side. Empty charts and zero values indicate that an AIssistant has not been trained yet.

Note. A dash in the table indicates an absence of a particular field in the AIssistant scope.

Training Performance Summary

You can choose between two views on the left hand side.

AIssistant training time

Displays the last tranining duration and average training time in seconds for each AIssistant. The numbers do not include the time required to extract inssue information from Jira. You can sort data in the table by clicking the column headers.

AIssistant training accuracy

Displays the cumulative number of tickets and training accuracy for each AIssistant.

Note. When there are too many training operations performed, training accuracy is approximate.
